A great night of Bob Marley and the great tribute, an unforgettable experience filled with lively music and positive energy. Guests would be treated to a series of music from some of the most iconic reggae artists of all time. We will be ar D’Shars Bar and Lounge in between Nottingham & Derby in Long Eaton.
Tann-I Browne will be entertaining you with with an electric atmosphere that will have you singing and dancing along to the music and feeling the positive and uplifting spirit of Bob Marley’s message, and music from other reggae greats. Supporting will be Nottingham’s amazing Tina B its been a while, and we are looking forward to it.
Tann-I Browne will be live in your vicinity on the 2nd December for an amazing night of Reggae Music. Former Greensleeves journeyman Tann-I Browne started his catalogue with the Reggae Regulars Band releasing four singles which became UK Sound System Anthems and toured the UK with Tippa Irie and Pato Banton.
We also have Dj Zebbie that will entertaining you on the night with a great selection of music for everyone.
You are guaranteed to be up in your feet dancing and singing along.

Roots, rock, reggae
Cyrlene (known locally as Mini) runs a start up called Britain’s Got Reggae, which supports up-and-coming reggae artists. She also hosted an event at Islington Assembly Hall to celebrate Windrush Day and International Reggae Day this year, with great success, and has been running workshops at Jean Stokes Community Centre on the history of reggae and ska music. History of Caribbean Music
A project for African and Caribbean Islington residents over the age of 55. We will be going through the History of Caribbean Music from Mento to Calypso/ Soca , Rocksteady, Ska, Reggae, Lovers Rock and the impact they had on the UK.
This will take place at Jean Stokes Community Centre from 7th – 19th October from 1.30pm – 3.30pm.
This is a FREE event and a light lunch will be provided.
